Shipping & Returns


All orders are shipped by Canada Post from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. All orders are shipped within 24 hours OR the next business day. Once you have placed your order and payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping information. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Statutory holidays will be shipped the following business day.

All orders are sealed in a bubble wrapped envelope.  All e-liquid is individually sealed in zip lock bags.  

Delivery rates vary based on location. Here is the breakdown of estimated delivery times based upon Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost carrier options:

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us.  It is the shipper’s responsibility to contact Canada Post to begin the process of tracing and/or making an insurance claim on an item.  This process can take 14-30 business days to complete.

There is no return or warranty policy on e-liquid products due to sanitary reasons. All sales are final for e-liquid products.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound/kilogram.

Any orders that are “Back Ordered” are not in stock. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Back orders will usually be shipped within two (2) weeks.
